Was going for the long bluff here since an ace showed up on the flop so I was thinking about calling him down to the river and raising him there (even though i had small stack he bet low so allinning actually gave him some odds), did he do a mistake? Out of 10 hands he played 4 (which isnt really a perfect indicator of a loose player since its only 10 games but still)

What do I do in these situations? I was looking for better draws after the flop but didnt really find anything, should I fold postflop? (I normally fold preflop here because early pos but wanted to mix it up a little, pretend like Im button please)

I know this play is retarded, still trying stuff out, but is it legit to call flop? What's the point by calling flop, I have like no outs on the turn anyway?

New player, advice appreciated

Well, you didn't know that at the time, and I think it is okay to call flop as played, but just fold turn is what everyone is trying to say.

If devon is here and this is my hand, he would have told me to stop playing like this

no pain no gain

But it must be -ev to call flop right? What am I trying to achieve with it? EDIT: I get it

Would devon also say that I shouldn't play JKs preflop like this? And when is it accepted to play JKs (like what could be my plan with the hand)?

I think calling flop is fine if he's leading out with missed hands and value hands. Once he bets turn I I'd fold.

you have the best hand when he doesnt have the ace

Browsing through your hand histories makes me wonder that you might not be aware these games are possibly play money. Have you ever tried to cash out? - Kapol

Opening KJs on UTG+1 seems just a little bit loose (just to me though, but to be fair it is still in top 10% range according to PokerStove, so I think you are good pre).. I think you should expect people would call with an ace in later positions.
