you raised utg, he flatted co, this alone removes alot of draw combos, but not as much as in the last hand when the caller was a nit pretty much. Now when you bet 3way oop and you raised utg your range is super strong here and he has a nit with strong pf range left to act. He has no reason to expect alot of fe and will flat most draws and those he does't flat are like kq with fd but he should flat em a good amount too. Now with the nut part of his range he should raise 100pct to protect his hand and because a ton of cards will slow down his action. It would be closer if he were oop cause he should be more inclined to raisf draws but ip he can flat, get value and bluff at eg fd when he has kq etc.
