dont play tired. dont play in a bad mood. if youre gonna play, commit urself to winning the session, but if u get coolered couple times, sit out asap. then just take a cig break,talk to other ppl etc before restarting a sesh. i still shout and curse a lot but lately after that tough december grind i seem to have changed a lot tilt wise, i feel now ive really grown mentally as a player and this is gonna be my best year ever i promise, that's regardless if i run bad and shit, im gonna win tons this year! and yeah think positive always, even in adversity lol |

not really that great obv .but FR is strange that way. less variance when running well but really tough to crush esp when megatabling imo |
