We've been playing for like 45 mins or so, have 2 big hands previous to that, one where he 3bets me real small in position and i called with 55, flop came 54A rainbow, i check he checks back, turn is a jack of diamond, i bet 125 he calls, river was 9 of diamond, i bet 275 and he flat called with JJ lol.
Another hand where he 3bets me I call in position with JJ, flop came J86ss, i check raised and he time banked and shoved with QJo.... dat's about it for the history
What you think about this spot, I can't put him on a hand but at the same time I always get owned by lines that represents super narrow ranges... what do you do here? and if you call, what's your plan on the river |

any time someone reps such a narrow range i start with call/call. honestly how else can you formulate a read or assign any sort of range for future reference? from his QJo play theres no reason he cant be c/ring tp, and added on to a potential range of gutters or gutters+diamonds, i dont think you can really fold here.
edit: just reread ur post because of what these guys said and realized that the QJo play was in a 3b pot, so that eliminates a lot of TP hands from his range here. i still call/call tho! |

dunno i dont think history pegs him as particularly tricky, just a little on the fishier side. I mean he has to be calling small pair or air and turning it into a bluff. I dont think i stack off with KQo for 120 bbs without a little more info. |

well i think we have to call here in hopes to shut down a crazy move, i think we have to fold 100% of diamond rivers and maybe about 50/50 on blanks |
