I'm a winning 6m nl200 player and have have very little MTT experience. I'm thinking about getting into MTT's but am not sure where to find the best content. I'm looking for recommendations of good video makers. I've failed to find a topic on the subject past 2010 and figured that the advice given then might be dated. Maybe there are some old videos that are still worth watching. If so, I'd appreciate you pointing them out.

I wanna get the basics down, watching the vids before I pay for coaching. I don't wanna pay 100$/h to be told what M is.

It seems like this thread has run its course, so ill just hijack it

I have some leftover fpps and would like to use them to buy tickets to microtournaments, which is not possible at this point. I like to play one tournament at a time when doing work/school stuff, for fun. I emailed Stars support, nothing has happened so far, but if more people let them know, maybe they might change their mind.

Subject: Online tourney tickets for fpps

Message:

Dear PokerStars support,
I would like to inquire about online tournament tickets. I
greatly appreciate the option to pay the tournament entry fees
with FPPs, however, being a recreational player, my potential to
earn FPPs is quite limited and my FPP balance does not allow me
to play that many tournaments, as spending 700 FPP for 11$
tickets, the least expensive MTT tickets currently available,
would deplete my FPP balance very quickly. I am sure I am not
alone who would appreciate it tremendously if tickets for
tournaments with lower buy-ins were available, and not only for
regular players with the SilverStar status and better, but also
for people who enjoy poker occasionally and do not achieve the
premium status. I would like to ask you to consider offering
tickets for tournaments with buy-ins at the range of 0.55$ -
5.5$. Dear PokerStars support staff, I hope you will be
sympathetic to my plea and soon I will be able to use my FPPs to
enjoy the thrilling experience that is playing the PokerStars
online tournaments.

I got a typical answer:
Hello,
Thank you for your suggestion. I will forward your email to
Management so they can review your idea. We value customer
feedback and are always listening and responding to your concerns.
Regards,
William
PokerStars VIP Team

On ftp one could buy tickets to 2.2$ tourneys with points, I think it would be nice if we had the same option on PokerStars. If anyone likes the idea, please contact stars support.
Thanks

If so powerful you are, why minraise?
