There's simply not enough info to say. We have no idea how he plays post-flop.
So the answers you will get will just be speculations, where one or more of the assumptions that leads to the answer might be off.
In a post-flop vacuum, I'm folding. I'd guess he could have any two pair+, won't be as likely to turn hands that has showdown value into bluffs
since the fd misses. You have AhTh so there aren't as many flush draws out there. 89 isn't calling turn, 9T, KQ, QT are but he's
most likely ch-c or ch-f river. KT is a possibility. Playing any hand for value like this is strange as fuck though. Would be nice to have any info. |

make it 2-2.5 pre. What sort of hands has he been limping and what hands has he been raising from utg? |

yea you are most likely beat, but you have very little behind I guess its pretty close , prolly call.
my approach to this spot - before I bet the river here vs this player type, I need to decide whether I am bet/f or bet/calling. If I dont do this decision b4 I bet and I get raised, it really tilts me.
If I decide its a bet/fold spot I can bet little less leaving me more room for a fold and feel better about it.. hope it makes sense.. |

^ I don't think anything in your post makes sense eestwood... =/
Hero covers so it's almost a pot sized shove. And hero never bet river, villain donk shoved.
With no info except the stats OP provided I call. A little info could turn it into an easy fold though. |

I call. People get retarded sometimes and the only thing I really see as value here is A4.
Just looks really weird... |

Look like some fish that hit two pair on the river. Gotta fold imo. |

Maybe not at these stakes, but if you start opening 5x with a wide range to isolate fish, you'll get 3bet very often from good adjusting regs. |

ehh i find it surprising how rarely my fish iso's get 3-bet even at 200nl, not saying i play with good adjusting regs though lol. i think there's a bigger danger of the pot going 3-4 way and being oop w/AT postflop if he makes it 3x. |

ATs plays really well multiway, and you won't necesarily be oop.
That being said we'd still rather be hu vs the fish and play bigger pots with stronger hands in position, so if people arent 3betting your iso raises then by all means 4x or even 5x it. |

i think call/note might be best unless we know even a little that he is on the more passive side. then this is a snap muck |

easy fold. when you're beat you're beat. no sense putting more $ in the pot with a lost cause. |
