At first I wanted to call since I don't see any value hand that normal guy would play like that.

I folded since I've got a read:
"call cbet on KQTs with KTo, call cbet on T 6o, raise cbet on R To."
+hero calling on nl50 generally bad idea.

Would you call without read? I think I would, despite rule about hero calling on nl50.

theres no value in betting river, the only reason to bet river is to induce, so bet / folding river doesnt really make sense

Well, I think he would call with Ahi.

even if he does call turn / call river with AT-AQ + Axc - his range is still heavily weighted against it - his range on river is ~15% A-hi - and he doesnt call river everytime

this guy looks like a passive nit (VPIP: 15, PFR: 12, 3B: 3, AF: 1.3, Hands: 478).. they don't bluff esp on the board like this one, and your river bet is too thin

betting turn is fine, check caling river is a FAR superior line

Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light not our darkness that most frightens us and as we let our own lights shine we unconsciously give other people permision to do the same
