Villain was weak-loose-passive(74/0) over about 50 hands. Can I get 3 streets of value or am I only going to see folds/raises if I bet?

just bet like 2 and fold to a raise

mandatory bet, i think anything between like 1.50 and 3.75 is reasonable depending on what you feel his threshold is

fwiw if for some reason you believe that betting river is marginal or -ev, it's better to just bet smaller on the turn and river. i.e. betting 1.1 on turn and 1.60 (or whatever) on river is better than betting 1.50 turn and checking river. it's not like your hand is vulnerable and he probably never raises anything besides the immortal nuts so you can do whatever you want w/potsize.

i think against such a villain whatever you bet is just good, but use the same betsize in same spots against him, because he could call w/ any pair. i prefer bigger bets like 3/4 pot because theres no way he would raise it as a bluff, but against smaller bets he could try some tricky move you must fold against.

eh i might consider checking flop quite a bit here and just go for 2 streets of value rather than 3 unless we know villain is bad enough to call/call/call w 8x or some small pp ;o

i feel vs loose passives we may value cut ourselves more often than not trying to get 3 streets

he's 74/0 obviously he's bad enough to call 3 streets with 8x or random crap.
I like bigred sizing on river , as he said , he will not raise without quads
