i agree. those look really good when underneath jeans/pants. i have that timberland chukka boot but in black/grey and it looks and feels good.

those first timberlands look terrible lol. but few months ago I bought some timberland anti-fatigue shoes and I have to say I haven't had more comfortable shoes before.

i used to be into sneakers a lot. i still have shitloads of them but i kinda stopped wearing them and usually just stick to basic plims etc. but i still buy sneakers from time to time and wear them literally a couple times a year lol. i ll post some pics later

I honestly think shoe designers back in the eighties were so ahead of their time, now I see all the new stuff come out and its just sad. The best sellers are the throwback 80's and retro designs, I notice with companies like crocs and sanouks are experimenting on material and texture but designs are just the same for every company nowadays.

lol i agree with byrne that most of the shoes posted are certifiably man-child status. Trainers=/=Sneakers and definitely not everyday shoes (if you want to be seen as a real man). Its too bad that people nowadays are slipping into such low standards of personal appearance. Some is attributed to laziness im sure but there is lots of reasons to do a bit better. Im surprised that just one person out of many would own even a simple pair of florsheims for everday use.

Who says I use them for running? They are terrible for running. Vibrams don't have good sole support and if you see anyone that runs in them they will have problems later on in the world.

I use them for when I lift because they are ultra comfortable and they are the best squat shoes I've ever had.

Edit - I realized I said running / lifting in my original post but I meant more for exercise. Vibrams really do not have good sole support and is especially bad with people who have flat feet. It would be like setting up a plank of wood on a stand then putting a cement block in the middle of it.
