i tried to respond earlier but my internet was shoddy. op may come off as a troll but i was just in a weird mood and worded it that way.
i don't hate tomatoes. they are integral to so many amazing dishes. you can't really make a solid italian, indian, mexican etc dish w/ out em but imo you need to at least add bare minimum evoo, basil and mozzarella and prob a lil pepper for them to shine. they are an embarrassment to fruits by their lonesome. at that moment in time i was just really puzzled by tomatoes and wiki/google was more about quantity rather than quality tips and tricks to help me solve that puzzle and the folks at lp.net general forum are generally a pretty savvy bunch.
i had some more questions at that time but some of the savvy bunch hooked me up. also, it's not about worry or this or that it's more about what nolan is jiving w/. no one is worried that GPS systems are fucking terrible, it's just puzzling. i mean ppl are driving around looking at their fucking IPHONE gps systems when they have GPS system GPS systems staring them in the face.
man, cwin going back in the archives for that "convo" hahahahaha. quite a struggle the young rikd was having. complete daft punk euphoria on one side. complete paranoid blackout drunk anger and frustration on the other. both sides struggling on how to express themselves beyond keyboard mashing and fucked up spanish. i'm glad the daft punk eventually won the battle. hopefully that doesn't derail the thread though.
i want to see some fucking rants.
or w/e is on your mind. another one for me is dolphins. dolphins have bigger brains than humans. do they have this shit figured out?
1.) the ocean is great
2.) swimming is fun
3.) fish is really good
they don't fight wars. they just swim around having a fucking blast in the open seas. hungry? shit there is millions of fish just floating around. bored? go find a cruise ship and do a double back flip or something. or i mean as far as i know they are the only other animal that has sex for fun. i think dolphins are on some next level shit.

Let's look at the scientific literature first. From 1988 to
1993 there were over 2,700 articles dealing with milk
recorded in the 'Medicine' archives. Fifteen hundred of
theses had milk as the main focus of the article. There is
no lack of scientific information on this subject. I
reviewed over 500 of the 1,500 articles, discarding articles
that dealt exclusively with animals, esoteric research and
inconclusive studies.
How would I summarize the articles? They were only slightly
less than horrifying. First of all, none of the authors
spoke of cow's milk as an excellent food, free of side
effects and the 'perfect food' as we have been led to
believe by the industry. The main focus of the published
reports seems to be on intestinal colic, intestinal
irritation, intestinal bleeding, anemia, allergic reactions
in infants and children as well as infections such as
salmonella. More ominous is the fear of viral infection with
bovine leukemia virus or an AIDS-like virus as well as
concern for childhood diabetes. Contamination of milk by
blood and white (pus) cells as well as a variety of
chemicals and insecticides was also discussed. Among
children the problems were allergy, ear and tonsillar
infections, bedwetting, asthma, intestinal bleeding, colic
and childhood diabetes. In adults the problems seemed
centered more around heart disease and arthritis, allergy,
sinusitis, and the more serious questions of leukemia,
lymphoma and cancer.

Alright but you don't seem to realise how huge the difference is and how important it is to distinguish between drugged up pasteurised homogenised gunk milk most people drink and that most or all of these probably studied (yes, thats misleading even though most wouldn't realise it) or the unpasteurised raw (raw=unheated, never frozen) organic straight from the cow as "nature intended" stuff im talking about.
This is an old video. He drinks like a litre of it for breakfast so he's obviously over whatever problem he had in this video.
Before you start reading about raw organic milk and worrying about bacteria and all that.. a lot of that is BS. If the animal is healthy, eating the right foods, all organic.. It's such a small chance anything bad will happen that its basically nonexistant and argueably pasteurised milk is actually MORE dangerous in that regard because as i said harmful bacteria will flourish in pasteurised milk but won't in raw milk. It protects itself.
I either drink it or eat raw cheese pretty much every day. Sometimes i switch to raw goat milk or raw goats cheese. The guy who sells the milk to me has never had a problem with it and has drank it his entire life. His father who passed the farm down to him also drank it most or all of his life and never had a problem.

tomatoes are bomb yo. just slice a few up add in a touch of olive oil and salt and voila and good tasty snack. Add on some brown sugar instead if you want something sweet.
and grape tomatoes are just great overall.

concrescence you should be careful when reading any article promoting a food's health benefits unless it's an article in a respectable medical journal.
As to organic milk, i honnestly don't know. It's much more expensive so most people don't drink it.
