Has anyone seen EP11 yet, go to pokercast, at 27min Pralhad Freidman is in a crazy hand that gets counted down on clock. At the 1 second mark he says CAll, but the floorman calls his hand dead. So my question is, wtf is the deal, doesn't the Floorman have to say 0 in order to signify the full 60 seconds, saying 1 does not mean dead.

yep that was pretty messed up... Also I thought why wouldnt they be able to consider the replay, I have no experience in real live tourneys so I assume they dont have mics at the tables but I mean they did have this one on tape obv (well espn did) IMO that was pretty lame for the annoying dog guy.

What free item do you give out when someone busts you? I'm going to guess nothing. So instead of being a gigantic cunt why don't you accept that it's a nice little gesture by Raymer that does no harm and shows some measure of sportsmanship.

I get tilted just by remembering the words he said when he was captain of the U.S. at the PokerStars world cup. He replaced Shaundeeb (who won most of the teams chips) saying "Shaun is very good with a shortstack, but he and i know that I'm better with a bigstack, thats why we're making the substitution"... yeah buddy, keep lying to yourself

Who cares if he hasn't done anything (if you call winning a further 2 million since becoming ME champion nothing)? Your being an asshole. Raymer seems like a nice enough person and like it or not he is an ex ME winner. You may have noticed a trend where ex-champions get some camera time? There are people out there who can probably name only a few players and one of them is probably Raymer along with some other ME champions (point being they only know the champs).

I don't even really care about the guy and now I sound like the biggest Raymer lover in the world (thanks) but I don't get why you hate him so bad when the fossil is a simple gesture (that he doesn't have to do), he seems to make time for people/fans who do actually like him and seems like a well meaning fellow in general. Like I said previously it does you know harm and some people probably like it (the fossil).

urrr im pretty sure Greg Raymer has done a lot of work promoting poker and working against the legislation with the PPA and stuff.
hes a smart guy and a great ambassador for poker and exactly the type of person you want lobbying to get poker labelled a skill game.

the fossil thing is just a gimmick, if you hate gimmicks you probably shouldnt watch televised poker.
