So I had the spot on read on this guy, and I knew he had been playing mediocre hands like Kx, QJ, Ax etc from late. So the Flop was half in his range, so I opted to check in hopes he would bet turn so I can reraise. Should I just have moved all in on the turn? Do you think it would it even have made a difference?
Or should I have just Potted the flop and hope that he doesn't dump his hand? and C bet the turn?

This is like a triple threat whine/bad beat/brag post.
You say that you have a perfect read in your title, then you say it again in your post, and then it's clear you're referring to your chat about calling out A7. And then you decide to pay him off and then whine about it? If your read is perfect then calling probably isn't a good idea?
Come on dude.
Fold pre, as played bet flop, as played just shove turn.

I was stealing because I really didn't play a hand for 2-3 rounds. Obviously It's standard to fold preflop with this garbage hand but I thought I could take it down preflop with a bet. Yesterday I was running good, but today I've just been card dead and pretty much forced to do bad stuff like this.
How is this a whine/bad beat/brag post?
I'm just wondering if I should have shoved turn or just bet flop or whatever.

Yikes... So yea I'm folding pre doesn't matter if I have been tight I dunno what would make u play it here. Betting flop... as played I'm shoving turn. And I'm never folding river unless ofcourse I was you and knew for sure he had A7 then I guess folding is correct

PF: loose open exploiting our big skill edge against Big Lenny T. I'm on board so far, let's hope he calls so we can win more on average than just the blinds.
flop: bingo! this pretty much adds his stack to ours. I like your check behind for deception, since we have a stone read anyway (more streets of us playing perfectly = more $$$) and he has no idea where he's at. Most grindbot nits would make the mistake of betting here
turn: the sucker bets out, just what we want. This is a great card for us because we know he has A7 and that'll keep him in the hand
river: unfortunate. We know he hit the straight but we have to call for 480, a small price to pay to make everyone at this table fear us when we encounter them in future tournaments. It's still a good thing we kept him in because his gamble on the turn was -ev and we knew he had A7 anyway so we can safely ignore all other hands in our analysis
no real advice here, just wanted to confirm that u played the hand perfectly. Sick read btw!

playing tight for 2-3 rounds does not justify stealing w 83o here when there are no antes and you have 20-something BBs, definite fold preflop
check behind flop makes little to no sense given your read, because you aren't going to induce a bet from KQ or A4 by checking that often anyway, but you will definitely get called by all kinds of crap when you bet the flop. there is definitely value in checking to induce, sure, but not as much as just betting and being able to get all your money in on good runouts.
anyway if you do check the flop, definitely shove turn, he's prob calling with any draw or pair

this, perfect read would mean folding the river.
Theres also a good chance this retard would have check called with ace high on the flop anyway, its super common for bad players to float OOP with a high
