Well now that we've seen them call a flop shove with air i think we can safely say this is a turn shove. As played i'd say the river is a call. Their range seems super super super wide.

yeah that's the thing, hand 2 makes it so obv. I have the feeling though the villain was getting progressively crazier and crazier though. Villain didn't start opening to 2$+ amounts pre until after the KQ hand. Assuming villain was getting dumber and dumber, it was probably because villain was getting away with bluffs I guess.
