Ok so one thing I dont understand (actually there a fuckton more but I whatever) is that the premise is Jacob brought these guys because they were alone and searching for something bla bla but before that we saw that he influenced their lives to this point when he visited them as kids ...

there are parallel alternative universes in lost, maybe he knew about them and could see what would've happened if he hadn't intervened, at least my guess.

but seriously, i think the actor just aged waaaay to quickly for the writers liking or something because they cut him out of the plot sooooo quickly. either that or they read their plan for him and thought, "wow...that's just ridiculous." which would be amazing cuz it's lost :D

pretty sure there are infinity loose ends in lost from all previous seasons that are all going to remain untied no matter how much they can cram into these last 2 hours (which judging by how slow the few eps up till now have been moving, will be very little), and if you ever decide to rewatch random past eps of lost with the benefit of hindsight after having seen it to the end you'll tilt hard at the massive amount of random stuff that never got any explanation or closure.

Just rewatched the last episode and something bugged me:

Flocke tells ben to help him and in return he gets to have the entire island to himself when Flocke leaves. But the episode ends with Flocke saying that he is going to destroy the island. That seems like a stupid thing to say when he didn't have to.

My guess is that Ben will be Evil-Lock's replacment - Jack and the gang are gonna find a way to kill E-Lock, and Ben will replace him after he dies.
Beyond that I have no idea what will happen to the other characters
