And if you watched the show I think you'd understand that he was acting like he was single and building a potential relationship with the kelly girl. You kinda went on a weird tangent about friendship here, which is something I agree with you on, but it doesn't apply to the situation. The situation is that he was digging this girl and saying stuff like "i'd love to be in a relationship with her" so if he had a GF while he was on the show it would probably not go over so well with said GF when she watched the show. But it seems that he was single so it's all good.

The reason this seemed so weird to me is that geoff did NOT seem like the type of guy who would cheat on his GF so things were not adding up.

has anyone else noticed that geoff seems to get last or near last place in every isolation challenge (where they play the acutal video game) but usually does really well in the real life challenge, so he he ends up right in the middle of the overall rankings? Then no one wants to pick him for elimination because he's a nice guy and a big guy, so he avoids getting knocked out. Basically geoff is a failure at video games but good at life so he's still on the show.

The funny thing is that he doesn't have a game coming up later in the show where he'll dominate since BW isn't an option (too bad it isn't, imagine a real life challenge for bw!). Other people like JD and allison had a game that they were good at but didn't get to play it before getting knocked out. Geoff is always saying "yeah I've never played this game before"

I hope he wins though =)

About Geoff: I came to the same conclusion and wrote a huge wall of text about it on TL.net. I think he didn't practice PGR4 because he knew he couldn't get the worst score overall (as he was 2nd after the IRL challenge). Plus he was a bit taxed with Kelly not returning, I guess.

Dante is hilarious cause he always talks really big and then fails. He does well in the video game challenges but fails at the real life. Last week he sucked at the board breaking after bragging about being some kungfu master and then he fails at driving after bragging about being a street racer, lolz

yeah it being an automatic made it much more easier, downshifting etc on a normal gerabox while pulling the e-brake would have been too much.


Actually the asian kid failed because he was the only one who accelerated fast, everybody else went super slow and cautions, the other dude accelerated and fucked up the timing and ended up understeering like a mofo.

So i actually think he might be a better driver than most, but he had no drifting experience AT ALL, that isnt even drifting.

I have to admit I don't watch too much reality TV (this one I watched due to iNc only), but there have been cases where a reward for some challenge was a phonecall, and they somehow always, always cry. I dunno if that's staged or what, but seriously. When I saw swoozie cry, I was like "Here we go again -__-"

I think swoozie crying made sense and was legit. The guy is from fucking trinidad, which if you don't know is a poor ass island in the caribean. He's chasing a huge dream of his which is to be a pro-gamer, and we all know how hard that is to achieve if you're not korean cause there's very little money given to western pro-gamers. Now he's got a big shot to score 100k and get international recognition, so it's a big deal to him. Add in the fact that he's been living in a nonstop competition for a week or so where he had no contact with any friends/family, then I can totally understand calling a loved one who has encouraged you to chase your crazy dream and crying after it.

Well what i absolutely dont like about the show :

Its 50 minutes in which only like 7-8 minutes is actually gaming
furthermore u dont even see the actual gaming itself...
most of the 8 minutes u see someone smashing some buttons + some "screenshots"

rest of the 42minutes show is a bunch of nerds crying about different shit

go to download.com and get "hotspot shield" if you wanna watch hulu links outside US. but be cautious with that prog, it seems to put adverts on the top of your browser while you have it running so only use it for hulu obv. i assume theres nothing else malicious in it or it prob wouldnt be on download.com? i use it for watching wcgug and havent had my roll disappear yet....

The problem that most people encounter with that program is making your internet way too slow. Like, literally if you had 28.8 or worse. And it doesn't really make the episode buffer either, rather just crashes your browser. If it does work (like for you) it works 100% flawlessly, but if it doesn't (like for most people) then you're fucked. At least switching browsers or trying anything that my limited knowledge would offer didn't help.
