only thing i'm curious is as to why geoff lies and says "i'd love to be in a relationship with her". maybe they asked him to, maybe the same was asked to the girl. it's hard sometimes knowing what's fake and what isn't with this kind of show...

I'd hope a smart guy like Geoff wouldn't be with a woman that was so insecure that he wasn't allowed to have close friendship with other women.

You know, one of them healthy, trusting relationships where they actually...care about each other more than they care about themselves sort of things? I hear those are nice.

Something about manning up and not letting a woman tell you who your friends are or what quality they can be - or at the very least whether or not they can vaginas and boobies - makes a man feel powerful and in control of his own life.

Actually, for those of you that care, Geoff broke up with "ultralisk cake girl" before the show, and wasn't in a relationship while the show was filmed. (something about family matters in both their families, which were emotionally taxing)

They got back together after the show's filming ended.

He had a post elaborating this somewhere on TL.net (I'd guess the topic with the same title as this one).

And if you watched the show I think you'd understand that he was acting like he was single and building a potential relationship with the kelly girl. You kinda went on a weird tangent about friendship here, which is something I agree with you on, but it doesn't apply to the situation. The situation is that he was digging this girl and saying stuff like "i'd love to be in a relationship with her" so if he had a GF while he was on the show it would probably not go over so well with said GF when she watched the show. But it seems that he was single so it's all good.

The reason this seemed so weird to me is that geoff did NOT seem like the type of guy who would cheat on his GF so things were not adding up.

Would be really really silly if they got together again just because inc had won the game and the money...
God i really hope he lost because otherwise that'd just be another bitch looking for money !
