there was an interesting chat on PS 100/200$ few days ago

Bullitos was quite angry that Deldar played him few HU on FTP and didnt say it was him
other guy (i think it was kingodcards but not sure) said that in his opinion he didnt have to tell him that he is who he is bcos thats his only account on FTP

Of course not, the same way we dont tell them our ranges and frequencies... anyway bullitos stinks and had no business playing that high anyways, fuck him.

while I dont know of the 'honor' or w/e that may be unique to high stakes, as long as he's not doing anything against regulations (which he's obv not) then I don't see anything wrong at all.

You want every edge you can get, so why not use it??

Dan Harrington is chess master and even wrote a book (after that he was crushing backgammon and (guess what) wrote a book - eventually he crossed over to poker (and wrote books ldo)). But he's the only one I can think of (chess).

i always had the impression that out of those, chess had the largest number of crossover players to poker...could be wrong though.

Well it makes absolute sense, i think we dont see many and the few we see are old farts who suck at poker for nowadays standards like the formentioned Dan Harrington because Chess is not a game that famous for young people and young people are just destroying poker because old people with careers dont have the time and learning abilities young ones do.

theres this crazy cash game player that plays at wynn a lot named Drasko who is the FUKIN MAN but is a sick sick sick chess player

lol baal just because you haven't heard of them doesn't mean they don't exist. there's probably lots of people who know elky, rekrul etc. as poker players who don't know about their starcraft background. i don't even care about chess really but you're seriously underestimating its popularity.

lol when did i say they didnt exist at all? it makes a lot of sense to switch from chess to poker, and its the most famous listed game however it seems its not so common as it "should" be.

oh baal you silly goose, my point was that it doesn't seem like there's as many as there should be to you because you're not part of the chess "community", just like someone who's not part of the starcraft community may not be aware of the starcraft players turned poker players.
