It's a paired board, it's not the 2nd nuts. A raise would be a bluff and his line makes no sense for a bluff. I'd fold. |

i would have to put villain on a full house or quads here more often than over flush.

it still depends after all but betting bigger makes him less likely to bluff because hero's small river bet represents just what he has in general. it's quite an unusual river situation tho because of hero's passive flop play |

Why would he have checked behind on the turn with a set when the flop bet was called?
I also don't see why his line doesn't make sense for a bluff. It looks to me like he bet flop IP to try to take the pot down, then decided not to double barrel. Hero's river bet was weak so he goes for a bluff. |
