Villain is 49/12/2 over 49 hands, no other reads.

He opened 4xbb from CO, and had a 33% steal rate so I 3bet him from the sb. only a 33 fold to cbet so I was vbetting my JJ on a low board and would have folded to a reraise most likely.

He calls, I check, he bets 1/3 pot of all things, I call (should I have reraised here seeing weakness?) and then he pots river.

I would definitely bet the turn again, you still have nuts against this type of player and second 5 only reduces chance that he has a set. Honestly I am shocked how you could fold to his river bet ... another 5 is a great card for you because now you are beat only by QQ+ which you will see imo very rarely in villains hands. River is happy all in.

edit : Of course you are beat by some 5x hand too, but dont be afraid of poker everytime you see 3 same cards on the deck, in very most cases your full house will be best here.

this should always be a river value bet, he's never folding a 6, or 34, or 77-TT. the way he played the hand, he almost never has QQ+. what hand did you put him on? 56 or a5?

really though, pot turn, shove river.

I was so competely and utterly convinced he had QQ b/c I am a retarded weak tight.

Seriously, I need to be shot, fuck. After the fact and having read your analysis I can see how retarded I was/am.

fuck, how could I not have seen A6s or something in his range and him being a loose moron would just see my blind defense as a bluff fuckfuckufkajsl;dkfjasd;fhiawo;enfalksdmfasdflkj

what did you even put him on
.1% of his range beats you

The only hands a nit balances in his range are the nuts, the second nuts, and the third nuts.

also i do not like your pf plan (i like the 3 bet for value though)
don't fold JJ on a board like this to someone 50/12 w/e after you see it run out like this.
don't fold to raise, get it in you have the best hand.

The only hands a nit balances in his range are the nuts, the second nuts, and the third nuts.Last edit: 06/01/2009 19:59

if u called the river, THAT would be stupid

cause its an easy fist pump snap shove 105% of the time

Browsing through your hand histories makes me wonder that you might not be aware these games are possibly play money. Have you ever tried to cash out? - KapolLast edit: 06/01/2009 21:03
