No. In exhilirate's case he did NOT reach 1m vpp last year at all and won the status at the SNE tourney. In those cases they will compel you to finish SNE in 6months as some sort of punishment i suppose lol. kinda stupid of Pokerstars to be doing this imo, i mean, they give out SNE as a prize then suddenly throw this at you. I'd try to email support if i was exhilirate, it's grossly unfair and double-standard too

no, he is no exeption every SNE gets the same, u loose the SN status too

I think the major difference is, SN is quite achievable by June for hell, someone with a full time job on the side, while SNE in 6 month is MUCH much harder

yeah you're right so u get a freeride up to 4 months granting u make elite by oct? ugh, nvm. im sticking with 800kvpps goal this year tops. not worth fucking my winrate over extra rakeback and a couple tournaments i dont really have any chance of winning.

the hell? So if you get SNE for your play in 2009, you get SNE for the rest of 2009, and the FIRST HALF of 2010 only, and you have to satisfy some form of requirements for those first 6 months of 2010 to retain status for July-December?

You get it for 2 months into the new year unless in one of those 2 months you make enough vpp's to maintain it. At supernova you need to make 10k vpp's each month to maintain it and you need 100k vpp's to maintain supernova when June finishes. For supernova elite apparently you need to make 50k vpp each month to maintain it (also with 1 month reserve where you can take a chill pill and freeroll SNE for a month) and you need to reach 1M vpp by ending of June.
