Id say his range is like 40% a FD 50% (QT, 9T, JT, TK,T8 etc.) and 10% 77-99

So ure

40x win ~ 32$ equity vs his flush
50x lose ~ 45$ equity vs his spiked T
10x win ~45 $ ; or more likley just a small pot vs his semi-bluffraise (77-99 might fold a good amount to a shove)

this is a fold imo

Him being on a FD like 40% makes it probably a bit painfull to fold
However i think if u shove here vs unknown given that preflop and flop action u will lose lots of money longterm
