Why you say she has gone batshit crazy? Her claims seem like they could be elgit.

Now I really am a busto. Thanks FTP.

just a headline to get peoples attention I guess, she probably is legit but suing people who were not actually a part of her contract when she first signed on seems out of place. Example: Patrick Antonius.

No way FTP is worth 4 billion even with all the promotion and possibly new account sign-ups that FTP pros bring. Lederer is probably low-balling her with that 250K offer but I think she knows she won't get 40 million but just wants the publicity to make them settle for something in between like 1 million. Look how shitty their software is. It is aptly named tiltware.

I dont know if this qualifies as gambling debts, but if it is can it be enforced in the US? Especially with it being a verbal agreement...

WHAT you must be pretty spoiled if you call ftp software shitty. i dont even think its that much worse than stars, and its 10000x better than say the third nicest poker client software and 10000000x better than the median poker software in terms of niceness. so many euro sites are just brutal

For a poker room that is probably in the top 3 in terms of users, I think that FTP could do a lot more to improve their software in comparison Pokerstars. I do not think it is unusable as I do play on the site but I think they have some work to do if they want to catch up to Pokerstars. I just encounter terrible responsiveness, connectivity issues, and some bad software design choices in comparison to PokerStars. I'm sure I'm not alone in talking about issues with FTP software.

How a site that pretty much runs smoothly, has so little investment and maintenance fucks up with the software is just insane i mean, ffs its the easiest shit ever, compare the maintenance or development these sites have compared to WoW and Battlenet... Blizzard works 100x more efficiently and they make like 1/10th of what FullTilt does, that shit tilts me.
