Not necessarily. I'd guess that her case is going to be fairly legit.

Well if this agreement was made there are probably quite a few people that know about the deal and i doubt they will all lie under oath.

I just got a phone call from The Professor and he told me that i somehow (used too much fancy words, u know how he speaks) owe 1.5% of FTP! I am sick of FTP and am signing off so I will speak with him if i can get my 1.5% share (almost $65 miuion) or i am going to the court with my greedy brother, who happened to witness my conversation with Howard on the phone! FTP has no chance in the court. I thought we were gentlemen, Howard... shame on you!
