i failed too when i was a child, best game ever.

So a year ago i downloaded a SNES emulator and totally beat the shit out of the game

She had been negotiating in private but she was unable to get anything done so she had to get a lawyer. (They offered a settlement that she rejected.) 4. She also questioned why poker players were named in the suit, but her attorney told her that it had to be done that way since they were owners and also so that their paperwork could be subpoenaed. 5. I agree with Daniel much more than Barry, though Barry does seem less biased. The fact remains she has NOTHING in writing, and is most likely making everything up. Ungrateful whore imo. Free buy-ins to 10k events, rake free play at FTP, and 250k on top..... that's way more than she's worth in terms of her poker "skill". The only reason a player of her caliber has any publicity value is because she's a former beauty queen or something, her poker abilities do not justify the amount of money she wants. Hell imo they barely justify what she was already getting.

Barry sounds much more reasonable and level-minded, and his version of events sound so much more comprehensible than the notion of Clonie simply being a 'money grubbing whore'.

Also whether or not she deserves the money shouldn't be relevant to this situation like some people seem to think it is.

Her poker skill has no bearing on the situation. Its whether she was promised 1% ownership.

does it really matter if she was promised it? There is probably no way she can prove she was promised anything if nothing was written down which is obv a necessity in a contract like this
