Look at that lobby and ask yourself if you really should be caring about 8 game bankroll management.

omg so many stupid fucking ppl on LP these days...
NL holdem and PLO are the highest BR required games in the rotation, so to be safe u would want to have at least a standard 20 BI roll for the NL holdem and PLO stake.
limit games have lower BR rules, i think its 1K X bb or something.. which is like 10BI.. so answer is 20BI +

Its hard to make a easy buck legally, its impossible to make a easy buck morally.

Sounds to me like it's more for the fun then it is to grind it out and make a profit. I wouldn't risk anything 3-5% of your entire bankroll for these games. It's nice to have a change of pace, but you really have to have above average knowledge in all 8 games to be consistantly successful.

Stick with the games you know, are getting better at, and are already better then a lot of people. BR Management is SO important, and after countless times of busting and KNOWING I'm a great (tournament) player, I decided to check the ego at the door and play with strict rules....and I am well on my way! Stick with it!

LOL "5 lost"

Very true. Multi-game tables are fun to experiment and to learn a little bit at lower levels, but don't waste your time there. It's cool to tell your friends you played an "8-game" table I'm sure, but profit-wise it's not there. Focus on one game at a time and study study study if you really want to make some good money!

its advice, not saying i've always followed it

180 man sng's are extremely swingy and you will have weeks without cashes and weeks of tons of cashes, 200 bi will leave you not stressing after losing 40-50 bi in a week

HORSE is limit right ? what about 1000x BB, down at 900 ? Isnt that the standard limit BR management ?

For the NL and PLO, what did you use when you were a NL player ?

If it was me, I would have taken a pretty conservative BR management line here, since there are so many different games to learn and some of these games are big variance (like PLO)

I use 50 bi

asdf2000   United States. Nov 20 2008 21:03. Posts 7710

if u play 180man sngs with 50 BI u are asking to get ur br demolished

Grindin so hard, Im smashin pussies left and right.

daysare   Poland. Nov 23 2008 10:49. Posts 670

so it should be 150-200 BIs as Neilly said, because having 100 bi u will have to drop stakes too soon if you dont run good at the beginning
