worst case , flat call the flop but def fold turn.the 9 open to a new range..
you gonna have only prob with bottom set and tiny draw in omaha ,
when opponent don t have a set , how many time you saw top 2 making a boat on the river..So now if the board can t paired you are going for what with bottom ? quads..even K9 is scarry on the turn..
