To be honest, i dont even believe this story about his father having a heart attack. People like Logiabs use storys like these to buy themselves time, and they are often just lying without scruples.
It all fits together... a fishy story about his father to justify not being online, him changing the PW, getting stakes from more than 1 player, and not being online in msn anymore/writing on LP, but yet still someone saw him on NL100 a few days ago. That whole story of him doesnt make much sense.
I seriously hate ppl like him, they are the worst scum ever, real losers. Just look at him, looks like the kinda guy you dont want to trust.
That being said, I still feel sorry for you, and I hope my assumptions are wrong, and you get your money back. |

for some reasons i really agree with this lollll
there are some people u look at them and they just look so shady.... logiabs is one of them
some people however looks legit... funny
there is one dude myth gave a lesson to (and he was suposed to pay back later) and he never did
i also trussted him with some bets and he never paid
and the dude REALLY looked shady as hell lol |

What the fuck does regulation on staking have anything to do with...anything? Any sort of regulation on poker staking online is neither practical nor realistic.
The solution is simple. Only stake those that you have a network of trust with at the least (friend of a good friend). Or if you want to go the risky way of staking a competent but outside your network (even the slightest possibility of being shady) player, look at it like a gamble...much like what EVERYONE does once in awhile in poker or business dealings. People get screwed over in gambles all the time. Too bad. It's your responsibility/judgement call from start to end. |
