If you got his adress and his name you should be able to find is phone number, or write a letter to his parents if he's living with them... maybe they're honest people.

I have never even heard of a city or anything even close to Elm Grove it just doesnt even makes sense, and I read on his blog post that he studied in Los Andes and that University is in Bogota. Also there is no zip codes in colombia that 0 to the right deosnt make sense either
