more more along the lines that i was never worried about the money and the people i owed money to were all close friends, and they never gave me a time limit on when to pay them back

they all knew i was crazy and would take some crazy shots.

and i have paid most back and am in the process of paying back the rest as we speak

Honestly, who cares if he gets banned or not. If he posts, he will be cussed at. There is a 1% chance he could be innocent, and will send you your money back. But you have to realize, banning does nothing. Will it make you that much happier if he CAN'T post on LP OMG!! Yea, sucks that you got scammed, but that's the risk you took. What's done is done.

If he's banned he can't use the LP account to pm people who don't know about this, for stakes/other stuff.

And given he's been a member forever and has lots of posts he probably has a slightly higher chance of succeeding in scamming via this account than a 5 post account, no?

TianYuan, if he can scam yet another person, wouldn't u think the person that stakes him next is a complete idiot? When you stake someone, you do research on them. When a lot of money is on the line, you as a staker aren't going to look at his posts and say ok, your staked. You are going to do everything to find out if the dudes legit or not.

I'm actually on a Subaru forum where lots of $$$$ is dealt with, like ppl sellin crap. People don't get banned for if they scam, usually if they are selling items, you do research b4 u buy em. Banning em only makes em create a new name and try to scam ppl even more. Sounds stupid, yea they can make another name anyway, but it works on a subaru forum I'm on. Go ahead and slash my tires, they are the crappiest tires lol

I mentioned in my opening post that someone staked him for $2.5k and it was the reason I got suspicious in the first place.
