I'm about as Randist as they come, but I tend to agree with this. It's nice to idealize in principle, but unlike you I don't actually see this, sounds like a virtually impossible dream.

If i had "food, health-care, education, fresh water, shelter, energy, and transportation" taken care of, we'd see everyone becomming a BUM. Very few people would work if they knew they had these things... Almost none of the most essential jobs such as mining, industrial mananufacturing, accounting etc.. I'd doubt someone would do it just for sake of "fullfillment" hahahahah

r3v u miss the point, in that type of world you don't need mining, industrial manufacturing, or accounting, because machines do it for you -.-

are you really this narrow-minded?

all you would need is education so people can learn how to fix these machines if they ever go bust.

there's enough naturally intuitive and inquisitive people to continue to learn and thirst for knowledge even in such a world

not everyone operates purely for monetary gain (aka. material gain), personally i'd love to live in such a place because i could spend my time learning freely

The biggest conspiracy is that videos like these, while they do have some elements of truth to them, ultimately just serve as a distraction and scapegoat ... its the public that doesn't seem to care or be capable of organizing itself to stop anything.

I promise you if there is a conspiracy going on then whoever is involved loves movies like this. The problems hide in plain sight but these videos assert the thesis that these people are behind the scenes and impossible to access.. I guess at the end of the addendum they hint at that though.
