Hm i am not sure if someone who played as High as 3/6 as a regular could really quit poker.
More like taking some month off probably.
not sure though.
Schnibl0r also kinda dissapeared
last thing i saw was him losing 250K in 2hours HU vs Durrr on NL 20K stars like 6-7 month ago.
So if someone who played HIgh and highest stakes very active could dissapear from OP screen so easy i guess Marshall could probably just make a new account and not post on LP anymore |

he was never really a regular.
he ran up a roll over like 80k hands and blew it.
pretty standard, i don't expect to see him back.
and he probably tried to get a stake and couldn't, most people who have their shit together would recognize it's a poor investment.
^^ all speculation, obviously. |

Marshall just play an extremely over aggro style with no br management at all and like many, skyrocketed on a sick heater and went down in flames when variance kicked in, pretty much standard /yawn. Im not surprised to learn he's busto, too bad cuz the guy probably could have made a good NL400 reg imo. |

i think the whole intention of this thread was to kick a guy when hes down, surely anyone would realise there is only 1 possible answer to a "whatever happened to ____" in poker. if you dont want to be kicked when youre down, dont ever act like this guy did when he was winning. and if having achieved is your reason for showing respect then youre doubly off the mark because marshall didnt achieve much more than a sick heater and subsequent delusions of grandeur. |

My br management was really bad and my tolerance for risk was ridiculously high. Enough said. |
Anybody playing really loose right at your left, betting every street and catching monsters all the god damn time is really thought to play against.
Actually i didnt think u were that bad tho, obv not as good as u thought u were but i think u can make it in poker but you were just a raging spewing retard, you bought a fucking Porsche cashing out half of ur BR, that is moronic and imo thats why u cannot make it on poker.

is he in any position to judge marshall? weigh each one's accomplishments and its clear who should be bashing on whom. why the fk does he care about what he says or what he does with his money its pointless hate thats better directed at himself |

if you are worse than someone at poker all it means is you cannot judge their poker skill since its above your level. roald is only judging the sort of character marshall is and poker skill has nothing to do with that. hes not saying 'lol he spent so much of his roll on a car thats terrible management what an idiot' insomuch as 'wow what an arrogant attentionwhore prick who goes to such massive lengths to be a poseur and try to make people think hes the man and suck his dick' |

I also had a massive heater btw and played as high as 3/6 but didn't end up with delusions of grandeur and never even went close to busto so despite the fact that ket has thoroughly destroyed your argument, I would just like to bring that up
also lol you play the same stakes I do you hypocrite |

wrong in many ways
A used 911 is nowhere near 100K $
more like 30-55K $ depending on how old and how many KM
(the 55K ones being like 2years old 12.000km)
U could get a 7 year old 911 Carrera with ~40.000kilometers for
~ 30K $
And he didnt get a Boxter but a Carrera |

kets right. just about how you should judge character though. poker skills has nothing to do with it--if you think because someone is good at poker it makes them better in general than someone else-- you have some big time security issues. you probably think that anybody who is a couple steps ahead of you doesn't think you are worth talking to cuz u arent good enough or have enough money. thats really bad and if thats the way you feel, becoming good and making money wont fix your problems. i know that cuz thats how i used to be. regardless, if i didnt have some extreme limitations to my poker skills i wouldnt be broke from it.
someone like roald is a joke though, i dont even recall ever saying a word to the dude and he just hates ... even after like 3 years? somebody who holds a grudge for that long ..particularly over somebody who they never even talked to before ... talk about problems lol. i usually just skip over his posts when i do browse the site.
u can get my car for about 32k now, i bought it for 43 though ... its just that the economy is so bad that nobody wants to buy a vehicle like that right now. im assuming its going to go back up at least a little in the future. (and i had just won 10k over the course of 3 days right before i bought it, which is why i thought i could afford it. but obv i was (maybe still am) dumb |
