problem with moneybookers

hi guys...

i just received a notice that making transactions with poker sites is not allowed from my country...
is it the same with you guys? this sucks!

You can't upload money from MB to PS. But u can withdraw.

moneybookers bans internet gambling! lol

seriously, i have a big problem with checks in my country, they send me these euro checks for 1 week transaction, problem is, i cant deposit it for some stupid philippine bank regulation. usd checks can be requested, but they send it thru express mail which takes more than 1 month! moneybookers did not inform me beforehand about the restriction so now im stuck at pokerstars( im not complaining since it's pretty safe) but i cant withdraw on a regular basis. and since i can't do any withdrawals now to moneybookers, i am so depressed now. can someone reputable help me with my pokerstars money and his moneybookers money? will be eternally grateful and will give my sister as a gift! lol

btw, i will send first to ballers who are not secretly busto, even give some small extra bonus cash to anyone who can help me out for his troubles

but you can only cash out from moneybookers to bank accounts in your name. plus they rape you with currency conversion fee. surely there is some kind of cheque you can get from PS that would work good? maybe open an account with a competent bank?

plus, why would you want it in moneybookers? you can't use all that e-money there for shit as they do not allow deposits and withdrawals from our country to poker sites anymore.

i think this applies only to asian countries as i've read from another forum about this guy from hongkong having the same problems! he just found out this morning... LOL to him!

i will withdraw it from moneybookers if ppl who dont have restrictions pass it to me once i have that in my moneybookers account( which is not from a gambling site but from a fellow member of mb) i can safely wire it to my bank here, i pay them at pstars as fund transfer of course. charges are like 1usd ffs

i have a dollar bank account, its been there for years. thats why monebookers has been so good coz they wire it directly there. the problem really is, since monebookers disallowed deposits withdrawals to and from poker and gambling sites, which only applies to philippines hk and some other southeast asian countries, i cant withdraw since my money is trapped in pokerstars and checks take months to get here. im just trying to get my money asap.

from the mb terms and conditions:

So Im guessing it only applies to countries where gambling isnt legal?

there are no anti internet gambling laws in place in the philippines. its just stupid that moneybookers can just decide on this at a whim not even telling us customers theyre planning to do that at all. wtf? i have vip pro gambling status there and i cant do shit lol
