Jung personality test

I took this test recently and found it to be interesting. It is a famous personality test from classical psychology. Based on the answers that you provide it rates you in 4 different categories and assigns a personality type in terms of a 4 letter code. There are 16 personality types in total. It provides you with the description type and tells you about things that this type is good at. I think it would be cool to see if the majority of poker players fall within a certain type or whether it is a lot more random..

But there's a bunch of questions I don't really know how to answer.

I think this is what I get pretty much everytime I take the test tho.

I got ENTJ.

So I briefly compiled the results so far.. The most common type is ISTP, followed by ESTP, meaning over 30% fall in the "STP" subcategory. After that there are significant number of respondents in the INTP and ISTJ categories.. All others are quite small - less than 5 people in each.

Looking by category:

- about 2/3-rds are introverted - prefer reflection (I) as opposed to extraverted - prefer action (E)
- about 60% are observant - trust tangible and concrete (S) rather than introspective - trust abstract and theoretical (N)
- Almost 90% are "thinkers" (T) rather than "feelers" (F)
- 2/3-rds are informative (P) and the rest are directive (J) - this has to do with interactions with other people

Another way to look is by temperaments:

Idealists (NF): 4%
Rationals (NT): 36%

Not sure if the sample size is large enough to draw any conclusions but would be interesting to hear if anyone has any speculation.

INTP first go, kind of 60:40 in most categories

then i pretended as if i was depressed, forgot my second score. only dif was i'm a lot more introverted and compassionate when i'm depressed (90% introvert haha)

I always get either ESTP or ENTP on these things depending on probably my mood or questions asked. I got ESTP on this one w/ 50/50 S and N. T over F, and P over J is always monstrous.
