vs a competent FR reg i fold here sometimes and against that same reg i shove as a bluff sometimes (but less!). against this specific villain from what I've heard about him it seems shoving for value isn't half as bad as id originally thought.

i could see shoving for value being ok, i would still just call though

3betting pf is also fine depending on villain's opening range. A lot of FR regs open any pair EP and if that's the case I always 3bet here
