made a chop 3 way

he had roughly a little over half the chips in play and took 50$ or so short of 4K while the other players took 3K

A very conservative EV at that time (in that if anything it underestimates his chance for a 3rd place finish) I constructed was this

55% to win first place
35% to win 2nd place
only 15% to win 3rd

would give u an EV of 3933 .... my %ages tried to assume and edge so I think the deal was very very great for him. I think these estimates err really on the end of him winning more and that he made 200$ or so from the EV. First place was 4500$, 3rd place 2250.

I really think his opponents botched the deal

hey i took 3956 or so. matt from LP asked me if i wanted to play the tourney and 50% stake so i said wtf why not. i kep 2100, matt got 1.8k

we shipped a tip to neilly for some advices.

ty all for rail support: cap, jkpicket, steal city, matt, byrnesam, Day9, strato, and all the others (sorry i forgot your names im so psyched right now)

either way i was playing 25 and 10nl and now......probably just stay at 25nl till 3k -4k roll since its so ez and im a nit, kinda.

this is only my second win and by far my biggest poker achievement now.

Ship it imo. Well done, money is nice but you getting your first win is better.
