I've got 1k bet against him, mostly because I know this guy personally and I'm pretty sure HE can't pull this off.

Too bad that stream is extremely boring, you can't see anything on the tables. You just see a the back of a hippy with some green stuff in front of him playing bad music.

Might just be interesting when he gets a really bad beat.

Roald   Tuvalu. Jul 18 2008 14:05. Posts 2683

Might be nice if that site OP linked to knew how to spell

Drie schermen, één muis, één speler en 31 dagen de tijd vanaf vrijdag 18 juli 13:00.

wtf does that mean?

its the same exact bet as wcg rider?

JDK87   Netherlands. Jul 19 2008 01:21. Posts 419

Yeah it's the same bet, but this guy is gonna do it 12tabling EVP instead of on Stars 24-tabling, but that's about the only difference.

First day was NOT good (for him ):
+$100 over ~10k hands

And I agree the live feed is kinda boring, but remember it was only the first day so motivation is high. In a few days he might be dancing around like a monkey to stay awake and stuff.

Gonna go ahead and say there is < 1 % percent chance he does this, even if it is at Everest.

He should obviously do this bet and ship money from props to gamblament with online

"neillyaa 10k challenge in 2 DAYS 25nl starting point" would be epic

Quace   Netherlands. Jul 19 2008 11:07. Posts 52

I think that if one person should do this kind of challenges, that it's Ruben. He's very known because of his grinding skills, plus the fact that he played 25NL for a long period might give him an advantage. I gave him action for just a hundred because I'm not that much of a high roller, lol. But this time I wouldn't mind if I lost it.

He only won 4 bis the first day, but that might have something to do with all the commotion bladiebla...

Gogogoo.

He has a couple of escrows who take care of the money. I think the betting is capped, but you can ask it in the chat at the live stream. There is someone with him who answers all the relevant questions...

Neily should make his own prob bet.
$50 into $10k for a week with unlimited rebuys.
He could get action and actually win it.

I cant wait to take their money

nah it would be a far more interesting bet to see if he can hold on to 10k for a week

Rough start tho.

whamm!   Albania. Jul 19 2008 22:39. Posts 11625

hes behind by 50% on pace. tomorrow he will make even less then start going on life tilt and start spewing to get back on track and eventually give up, i mean, srsly the "in a month" challenges are really stupid. more than half of those challenges can be doable without that 1 month limit.

VanDerMeyde   Norway. Jul 19 2008 23:36. Posts 5127

he already played more hands than I played entire july. Jesus

This idea wins but what if we make it even better, first he needs to make 50$ into 10k within a month (easy part, he can do it in 2 days) and then has to keep hold of it for a week (hard part, obviously).

JDK87   Netherlands. Jul 21 2008 02:25. Posts 419

He's gonna fail SO hard, lol.

This is 3 days in, so in total for three days he has a little more then what he should have won on day 1 to be on pace.

12 tabling, is he on crack? i remember some calculations that wcg rider needed like 4ptbb/100 playing 12+ hours a day 24 tabling to accomplish his goal

OH MY GOD 100k action on this? Did he even think for two seconds before he did this?

I don't know who this guy is at all, can he afford that?

/edit

Went and found the thread, apparently he has two backers.. Still the bet is insane.
