you are going to die, and thats gonna be good for you .. like a girl when lose virginity
start is gonna be a bit hard with no money
dont save potions, try to always run with full hp
dont alt tab while not in town (seems obv, but lots of ppl died to it, myself included)
dont resume game unless you know what ur doing, some quests have bad checkpoints .. try to always start a new quest
do not get in love with your char, cause hes prob going to die
extra carefull on elite packs, or dangerous situations like banelings, soul lashers, etc
if you can find more ppl to play with you on the beggining its better, cause if you get d/c reduces the chance of death

and most important, lose the softcore player mindset that if you lose your character, you will lose hours of gameplay
in fact the hours are the same, any game you play in your life the only thing that stays with you is the memories .. so when your hc char dies, the memories will stay
the same memories will stay after you quit D3 for all your alive sissycore characters
same memories from a starcraft ladder game or any other game you play

new repair bills are serious business I feel sorry for casual players who don't have 300m+ to cover it

Haha pretty much it.

Now thanks to 1.03 my barb can survive Act 3 pretty easily, gotta try and work out how to get some DPS on him that is > 10k.

Can any DH share their build? my friend has one and their is no fking way his build is good i feel like hes just running and never shooting -.-!!

Repair is the gold sink, it was adjusted to stop the inflation

Even though I'm spending a ton on repairs I'm having so much fun actually playing the game. Been doing Siegebreaker / Azmodan runs.

Nether/hungering arrow/ss/caltrops are pretty much essential. For the last slot idk, some ppl use impale, some vault, some spiketrap

i think tentacles suck -.- so tahts why im asking but apprently everyone use it ;/

Tentacles heal & kill what more could you ask for.

Tent or lightning ball are the best due to passing through a full line of enemies which they are so nice to form into while you're kiting, if you have enough gear to not get 1shot nether tent is better due to the life steal unless you are using a bow + perfect star amethyst for life on hit abuse.
