advice on a good cashout/moving up system...

I got bad habits with downswings and cashing out. what cashout/moving up system do you guys recommend/use that is sustainable for a person who clearly crushes 25nl, does very decent at 50nl, so-so at 100nl, and very marginally at 200nl atm. My goal is to cashout 1k a month, I have a around 8700usd BR( i should have had 18k by now if i didnt keep cashing out, well around 3/4 of what I did cash out was really necessary at the time so it was not a factor). I play at Pstars and I'm at supernova level already if that info will help with the advice. I'm really at a loss with what kind of system to use, I mean I don't mind staying at 50nl at the moment, but I also want like less time to spend at poker, now that I'm beginning to get really bored and sometimes frustrated with it. play 2-4 hours a day... make more than 1k/month... withdraw 1k/month... not that hard really...

play less tables and learn how to play

if you are supernova playing 25, 50 and 100 NL then you are nuts and prollyplaying 20+ tables, just learn HU, play 2 tables and ship money easy

i cashout as much as i can. I leave myself 50BI for the highest level i play. if i play nl600 i leave myself 30k. and cashout the extra everyweek.

correct me if i'm wrong, but i assume his winrate is that much higher at nl50 (double at least) than nl100. that is how i was for a while and i can relate. no matter what bankroll i have i can't beat fucking nl200 so i'm stuck at nl100 forever it seems.

yeah this is another option... i would suggest DC coach sthief09... judging from his videos, he will be a perfect coach for ppl playing lower stakes...

on the contrary, you wont believe this but, my winrate at 50nl lifetime is i think half of my winrate in 100nl, and ive pretty much played the same amount of hands lol. im just scared money i guess, so i better just withdraw and be comfortable with microstakes for the meantime, if i get it up to 3k again. im def going back to 100nl for good. feels weird coz im this sort of freak in poker hahaha

thats what I do - I cash out daily tho make alot more money this way i used to win like 40k, lose 10 back then tilt cashout 20. now i just cashout the full amount then i play good from scratch again

i've only had 2 swings of - 7 bi or more this yr tho

it's good to hear some "unorthodox" systems that work for you guys. at least now i just feel gay, but not queer. lol

I just cash out 1k or so when my bank account starts looking bleak. I don't spend that much though (more than ordinary people with those thingies called jobs but way less than some of you who baller it up with 5k watches and stuff).

just cash out whenever you need money and of course dont have more than 50 bi in your poker account if you are playing NL50 LOL

I cashout once every 4-6 month and something like 10-30% of my roll at most.

I just cashed out 100% of the remainder of my roll after staking two people, I feel no interest in playing right now and I haven't played a cash game for a week.

if you have a massive bankroll for your stakes and are having issues moving up, maybe invest some of that in a coach.
