PiS is like some korean poker website for learning poker, ToTo is one of many people from that site and I think he's a midstakes (maybe lower highstakes too? I don't play stars) reg.

PiS.ToTo is a korean progamer SoO. He plays 6max 2/4 - 5/10 at PS regularly, but I dont know how much he plays heads-up.
I dont know who SunTzuReps is, but given his nickname there is a good chance he is also an ex-starcraft player. He plays midstakes PS heads-up games regularly, occassionally also 6-max.
