Poker Stars ECheck Withdrawals

I have contacted Stars over 10 times since my first withdrawal on 4/17 and have since had two additional withdrawals and no money in my bank account to show for it. They keep making excuses and saying it's the third party processors, but isn't it their responsibility to get customers their money? I've never had a problem with Stars withdrawals or support until this crisis. It's almost been a month!!! Was just seeing if there were other guys out there having the same problem? Is it because I'm a U.S. customer? I wouldn't normally make a post like this (and would just keep contacting support), but now I'm just getting the same stale response from those guys.

That worries me. I just had a wire about 6 days ago and I absolutely need it in 5 days or I'm fucked.

hmm reading this post kind of makes me worried. I did an eCheck withdraw on 4/30 and it has not showed up in my bank account yet either.

Short version:

They (pokerstars) have had big delay problems with their processor - their processor has been jerking their chain. Their processor promises (yet again) to have the echecks starting to clear by today, or tomorrow at the very latest.

Pokerstars is giving them until tomorrow to get the deposits going. They expect the processor will be able to fulfill their promise, but if they have not started by tomorrow, pokerstars will reverse all of the cashout requests back into the player accounts, and the players will be able to pick a different withdrawl method.

Either way, we're supposedly getting a 20% bonus to the cashout amount for the delays.

Sucks, but ship the 20%!

thanks for the informative post. makes me feel a lot better. and i'll def. take the 20%. does that have to be rolled over? that would be too sick if it didn't have to be earned.

Actually I would rather it had to be earned. As a recovering MMORPG addict, i love clearing me some bonuses! Very sad, I know.

But I haven't heard any indication that you will have to earn it.

it doesn't have to be "earned". its a cash deposit into your account.

wtf, i do regular cashouts with e-checks and have never had a problem, and I just cashed out some monies for my thailand trip on sunday or saturday, is this shit across the board?

theres a new option for cashouts on stars called CashRefund that goes through MoneyGram, which is similar to western union. it looks really good, better than epassporte.
