Sure I didn't lose sleep over the Iraqis because I dont know them, but I sure as hell lost sleep over my friends that are over there. I'd love to live in a world with no widespread murder based on nothing more than ethnicity, and you can bet your ass I'd throw an extra couple grand at the government per year to do it. If that means killing people that will never change to stop killing people for no reason, im all for it.

Once again, just because you're not personally affected by it, doesnt mean everyone isnt. Also, for the record, I dont like the way my administration has handled this war, and I wish our efforts were better managed to destroy meaningless genocide all over the world. We'll see if we can get that changed this election year, but my hopes arent up very far.

If the American government actually cared for their own sons and daughters more than the sons and daughters of strangers they didn't know, there would be no Iraqi war.


If they cared more for their children as well as their friends in the war, they'd pull the fuck out and bring them back home.

They didn't learn anything from the Vietnam war. How much longer do you want to keep your friends over there to fight over a lost cause? The same argument was made about the Vietnam war and look what happened, they stayed there for 7 years and merely delayed the inevitable.




Your friends that are over there in Iraq aren't there for justice or for peace keeping, they're there to serve an alterior motive that has nothing to do with the reasons given to them for being there in the first place.

realize that North america is a new civilization, very inexperienced, a population that has been kept in the mist (aka american dream) since the country was created, and that it is run buy a bunch of old people who realize they are going to die in the next 20 years, conducting wars to keep a superpower in check. Vietnam? same old as arguments have been used (if we leave vietnam, there will be civil wars and millions of people will die).

its not your war, jsut let go of it, and maybe u feel like you have to justify your countries actions because you have friends fighting for your country, and like any other job, the military are their jobs, they joined volountarly, and now they are being manipulated by their own gouverment.
