We have analysed posts, threads and, crucially, retardation records in the compilation of this chart. As the site proceeds, the chart will be amended to reflect retard changes and other relevant developments.
wow this is a picture posted on the internet some pretty strong evidence here |

Oh didn't see this.
Yea Charlotte really seems alright though would have been nice to buy a property there earlier. Casino is a low priority for me unless its super close and convenient but Texas with its poker clubs seems pretty cool. The enticing thing about NC is the property taxes compared to Texas are much better, and the weather is nicer.
Charlotte Airport really is an underrated thing its amazing how its better than cities like Nashville, Kansas City, New Orleans, etc etc. |

Asheville, NC is one of my favorite cities in the USA let alone NC and Harrah's Cherokee is only an hour away.
Charlotte is getting stronger and stronger by the day though. In many ways that is good and in some ways that is bad. Traffic and wanting to buy property = bad. Good mix of female professionals that are playing with their clits longing for a man like hiems = good. This is probably true of Houston, Dallas, a lot of places these days. But, you have the right idea. Every place you listed is good value. They are cheap yet just as livable as any other city. I mean you can't go to the Met and watch opera or call The New York Times the Times but Jesus I have a friend who lives in Brooklyn who is crammed into some terrible space with 4 other people and etc. etc. etc. There are at least 100 places more desirable to live than NYC these days. |

I don't understand when people say "is only an hour away" when it comes to live poker.
A good live poker setup should be no more than 30 minutes drive time IMO, ideally less. Anything more is basically like constantly playing an away game in the NBA. |

That is true. In one of my past cities there was a casino 1 hour away, a casino 25 min. away, and private games 25 min. away. I did not play in the casino 1 hour away once. If I only had a casino 1 hour away I would probably have played though. 1 hour commute with 0 traffic (presumably) is not that bad. I don't mind cruising to some music on the way there and think about hands in my head on the way home. The worst is after monster sessions and it's like ruminating thoughts with different hands and situations. I used to hallucinate license plates as board textures and how I would play different hands and opponent hand ranges. |

The thing is hiems I don't really care about both of your opinions as you are delusional. I read your posts for entertainment purposes while I skip 90% of Santa's. Don't think you are serious in majority of your posts anyway. Taking your posts seriously on political matters considering you're essentially unwilling to accept responsibilities for yourself is understandable as I'm sure you could imagine.
It's just funny that Santa pretends to not care either but spends a ton of effort on poor meme attempts. The irony in his 'chart' is that I'm fairly certain in real life he's exactly where he places me. All of his posts are attempts to spite someone or come off as the more knowledgeable person... the most obvious sign of feeling insecure and unvalued, which is a shitty feeling but also self-explanatory considering his behavior. |

As to original post, don't see why you think you may possibly need to give up guitar/gym at a new place. Guitar can be done whenever, wherever (provided you have a guitar/learning materials), same w/ gym really if you really want to keep up the progress (can work out from home in all reality, albeit perhaps not as effectively). And I guarantee there's gonna be gyms where you're going too if home workouts aren't your thing.
As for living with parents - not knocking at all, but I think you may be lowballing how important it is on the psyche/personal growth to be doing it on your own. Obv. financially (and socially for you as well for all I know, I'm quite close w/ my parents and don't mind extended visits with them) it's beneficial, but there's a TON of positives of 'roughing it on your own'.
Anyways, hope it all works out.
As an aside - you guys are fucking hilarious to watch banter back and forth lol. I wonder how a party would go if all you dickbirds got together over a few drinks haha

Didnt mention this but mostly has to do with work more than location.
Id make more money with a higher hourly but I would also have to do a bit more hours and also travel more so not being home a decent amount would be a big hit. Also there is just adjusting to new job, system, company etc. |
