- A featherweight bout between Edson Barboza and Jeremy Stephens was briefly linked to the event. However, Stephens declined the fight after indicating he did not feel the date allowed him adequate time to prepare and safely make the required weight. Barboza was scheduled to face Sodiq Yusuff instead. In turn, Yusuff pulled out of the fight on September 21 due to undisclosed reasons. He was replaced by Makwan Amirkhani on September 27.
- Rodolfo Vieira was expected to face Markus Perez in a middleweight bout at the event. However on September 21, Vieira pulled out due to an injury sustained during training. Perez is now expected to face former KSW Welterweight Champion Dricus du Plessis as of September 24.
- A middleweight bout between Abu Azaitar and Joaquin Buckley was expected to take place at this event. Azaitar pulled out due to undisclosed reasons and was replaced by Impa Kasanganay on September 26.
- A featherweight bout between Seung Woo Choi and Youssef Zalal was scheduled for the event. However, Choi withdrew from the fight and was replaced by fellow newcomer Ilia Topuria on October 2.
- A heavyweight bout between Sergey Spivak and Tom Aspinall was expected to take place at the event. However, Spivak withrew from the bout in early October due to undisclosed reasons and was replaced by promotional newcomer Alan Baudot on October 1.
- A women's bantamweight bout between Bea Malecki and Tracy Cortez was also scheduled for the event. Due to undislosed reasons, it was announced on October 2 that Balecki was replaced by promotional newcomer Stephanie Egger.

I mean, Tom Breese did what he was supposed to do against a random UFC newcomer from Canada.
Breese winning tells me he can at least show up against super low level opponents, but I still don't know how he will do at Middleweight against anyone in the top 50.
I don't follow KSW. Is that available at Fight Pass? I know Cage Warriors is and LFA.

No. KSW is its own thing.
There was also the first MMA event ever in France earlier today, hosted by Bellator, called Bellator Paris. Cheick Kongo was the main event and lost to Tim Johnson via split-decision, a fighter who he already beat two years prior. Kongo hadn't lost in 5.5 years.
I have a feeling Tybura is gonna make this boring and win.
Surpisingly, Tybura didn't make it a boring fight, his chin held, and Rothwell lost his power..?

I'm not mad at that strategy by Ben Rothwell. He showed up in better shape than usual, but Tybura also showed up in good shape and clearly upgraded his striking and movement.
Maybe with Poland now having a UFC champion, it gave Tybura the motivation he needed not to lose this fight, and show up at his best.
I think I'm biased against Sandhagen after that awful loss to Sterling.
But what a win.

Nice finish by Sandhagen.
I thought there was value on Moraes at +120, but nope. He had a close R1 against Sandhagen, which means he was gonna lose the rest of the fight since he slows down a lot and Sandhagen keeps a high pace and can turn it up if he wants. That being said, as I look at the official striking stats, Moraes only landed 12 significant strikes in R1, and Sandhagen landed 30 significant strikes.
Still sad about forgetting to put Daukaus in my Captain spot... Oh well.
