I was a bit puzzled by what sizing I should do. I think my sizing is kinna bad but it was more of a timeout bet while thinking about it. I think jamming is a bit obvious, small bet I'd rather have a made hand or bluff. That situation should come up quite a bit so I need to rethink it.

I don't think you HAVE to bet flop.

This board should connect very well with the range he squeezes and flats your 4bet. I think QQ, JJ are reasonable combinations for him, along with lots of combinations of suited broadway hands. I think your fold equity here is just simply really low and your hand's raw equity is likely not quite high enough to get it all in on the flop.

I'll run a sim on this spot using ranges from the GTO solutions I have and see what outputs it provides with a couple of different flop sizings available.

So I gave both players a choice of either 28% or 47% sizings on all 3 streets, these are the geometric sizings to get all in over 3 and 2 streets respectively.

BB is checking range to the 4bettor and it looks like AK is basically always betting one of the 2 sizes in the sims. However, the BB range in the GTO solution does not include QQ, which 5bet jams pre at 100% rate, has JJ had a reduced rate and does not have as many suited broadway combinations as expected. It also has a lot of hands that are auto folds on the flop that humans do not necessarily have; it has reasonable chunks of A5s, A4s, A3s and 98s-54s. I think there are definitely humans who will construct their ranges way differently and have basically all QQ and JJ, and none of the auto fold hands, in which case IP should presumably be playing a lot more passively.

Very interesting. I still like betting flop I think 8$ I like a bit better with made hands, overpair or set or bluff. I think 13.25 seems good.
I'll add that the player in the middle is a very big fish (over 60% VP). Reg would jam JJ+ AK I think.. 10 AQ probably too but I don't know. Not the first hand with 3b in this situation with the fish in the middle. GiveMeBank has like 9% 3b.
