2. How to get VIP at Skrill/Neteller
Other way, deposits to merchants are the only options.
Skrill and Neteller give vips in quarter periods (eg. Jan, February, March), then 1st of April next quarter starts and their system checks your deposits for last 3 months (Jan, Feb, March which is previous quarter). If you met the quota you keep the vip. Upgrades are done straight away (24h working) after you met the criteria, always, no matter the date frame.
The best option to deposit:
So basically if you want to go with deposits its THE BEST to deposit right after new quarter starts (eg. start of April, then start of July, then start October etc). That means you deposit and get the VIP straight away until end of current quarter AND for the next one since system checks previous one.
Example: you deposit 6k euro for bronze vip on July 5th (whih is the first month of third quarter, July-August-September). You get upgraded straight away to VIP which you keep for full 3 months (July August September) until new quarter starts 1st of October. System checks on 1st of October that you deposited required amount for VIP bronze (6k eu) in previous quarter July August September, so you keep the VIP for next 3 months as well.
Basically if you are smart you only need to deposit once half a year.
People linked under LP.net also had few promos this year (January February half the requirements for any VIP level up to gold, May deposit just 9k eu and get silver VIP for ENTIRE year etc.) So kinda worth being with LP :D
3. Deposits to PokerStars, WARNING
IMPORTANT: Bear in mind PokerStars WILL refuse a cashout of funds if you dont use them to play (they have the rule since like half a year where you need to wager all your funds deposited at least once on tables before you can cash out/transfer out to other player or withdraw after getting a transfer from another player). I would avoid depositign any larger amounts to PS unless you plan to play, this rule is ridiculous tbh and clearign a 20k deposit might take a while even if you like nl400/nl600.
