Abstaining from all of those things is easy when they're not freely available to you. I caught myself using the word abstain in the same context recently and realized if I did have those things I certainly wouldn't be abstaining.. Sure. I am not abstaining from sex. It sucks to be unwillingly celibate. It's not the worst though really. My point is for a guy like me it is not easy to be "right sized." Meaning, having a sane sex life.
