I'm kind of an expert at the subject lol. I started shitting blood because all my life I've always been constipated and never thought much about it being a moron that I was. When I played poker over 15 years ago and 24 tabling like an idiot for practically 75% of the day, my hemorrhoids got so bad that I started to take notice and really get spooked by it. Anyway OP I've been blood free for a couple years now, still don't have the regular daily shits but i've never been better. Here are my findings lol:

* Drink turmeric TEA - very important against swelling hemorrhoids
Boil a couple slices for a couple minutes and drink the tea every night before going to bed. It doesn't taste like pepsi but you get used to it. It's practically a miracle. My giant hemorrhoids (swollen from all the sitting) just shrank to a point where it didnt' bother me anymore. It came to a point I almost couldnt drive and would almost cry in pain (it's extremely excruciating) during heavy traffic. It CAN get that bad. Turmeric is said to be a anti-inflammatory and I usually don't believe in those things but man this really saved me from a "shitty" quality of life.

* Exercise - important for regular bowel movement
Constipation is caused by both a bad diet and inactivity/bad habits. A bad diet hardens our stool, less fiber helps only with the softening but not with the digestive functions of your stomach. Bad habits can also worsen or negate a good diet, inactivity and especially always sitting down stresses your anus, putting pressure on the area by sitting in the toilet more than necessary or just sitting in general. LIfting weights in certain "bad" positions also increases the risks, there is also the western style of shitting in a toilet bowl and not squatting like chinese and indians do doesn't help.

*Fruits and high fiber greens - take in a lot daily, don't eat starchy foods and most especially heavily processed junk and fastfood that your body can't digest. Avoid eating those entirely if you can, only eat those if you have to. I always see meat and fastfood guys complain about having constipation while bragging about being healthy stil, it will catch up with males eventually as we are more predisposed to get hemorrhoids more than women are (except during pregnancy)

*Avoid foods that give you large shits - Fiber rich foods are great for softening stools but regularly shitting logs is not great for you colon. I would rather have slushy shits from eating leafy greens so don't eat more than necessary. If you eat tons of food you will get logs, albeit soft ones but still that isn't ideal. And lol yeah Popcorn is shit for your health and stool, your body can't digest those things properly.


If OP has some weird disease the things above won't be of much use, but you just suffer from constipation or bloody stools (which are caused by hemorrhoid swells that easily bleed when struck by bowels), the guide WILL work. Ive tried it and my father also had some bad history with hemorrhoids but didn't really give a fuck (so im prone to get hems i guess). I also had a friend who ate like shit and had some bad history with hemorrhoids and it CAN develop into something worse, so please do take it seriously. Good luck and I hope this helps
