Thats no wonder, its where they started straying further and further away from the books. I don't mean to be one of those guys that go with the "Books are better", but its indeed GRRM's writing that made the show that great. If he was replaceable, this show wouldn't have been so big. Additionaly, it's his fault that the show is going downwards, as he s been producing shitton of other content, but not finishing the series...

last episode had same build order as Transformers, except the characters are acctually interesting. But otherwise i enjoyed the season a lot

Yup the writing has gone to shit, a show where nobody was "safe" and realistic yet unpredictable plot has turned into shitty "saved in the last second"... Jamie saved from the dragon breath, Jon Snow saved like 5 times in the last episode... the White Walker instead of killing a stationary dragon carrying the entire party infront of him throws the spear to the far one flying across for no fucking reason.

The only reason its still good its because its still riding the epicness of the previous seasons and the characters

And i also know that overall Season 7 despite having its moments was a slight dissapointment

I was all in with Arya since the end of last season but she is really starting to annoy me with her smug shit eating grin she always has on, i hope she gets taken down a few pegs tbh.

I enjoyed Episode 7. It wasn't amazing, but I didn't expect it to be.

Season 8 will be packed full of amazing shit, so that's cool.

Overall this Season had some epic Episodes and was Entertaining
Still i feel like it didnt satisfy me the way other Seasons did.
