I see the fight going the distance, Canelo is built like a brick house. It is GGG's fight to lose really. All he has to do is stay on the outside and jab all day to a victory, he has one of (if not the best) jab in boxing. If he wants to make it a drama show and go inside that is where Canelo can get off some good counter punches and combinations. Also, unfortunately, since it is boxing and Canelo is more popular, expect a robbery in Canelo's favor if the fight is even close at all.

Boxing is a legit sport, so I don't think anyone will get robbed in this fight.

A rematch between these two probably wouldn't garner much interest anyway.

what are you talking about, boxing judging is a joke and extremely corrupt and robberies happen all the time, actually GGG should have lost his last fight but they robbed Jacobs.

The only fight I've seen GGG not really putting on pressure and trading was his last one and it was his worst fight, GGG works best when he is aggro and trading so I think we are going to see an amazing and evenly matched fight

I think Canelo is a good bet at anything better than +150, he is considerably faster and GGG looked awful in his last fight.

Boxing is obviously a corrupt sport. I was being sarcastic in my original comment.

Thats what I thought at first, but I rewatched the match in slow motion and with punch counts. Jacobs was slapping GGG's gloves with fast hands, but not really actually landing crap. GGG landed a decent amount of jabs, there is a reason why Jacobs was wearing shades in the postfight presser. GGG won, but it made me think his fight vs Canelo he will lose by decision. I think GGG will slightly outland Canelo in punches, like he did in the Jacobs fight, but the judges will simply score the close rounds for Canelo. I say Canelo 8-4 and 7-5 in the cards.

But, I am excited for Canelo to have to come out and hit hard, it would be amazing if this fight ended in a stoppage one way or another. I would bet HARD against a stoppage in this fight.
