Dont use ignition, use bodog, same player pool, just different "entities" for legal shenanigans. Plus the accept bitcoin if thats your thing, although you should be able to do bank wires pretty effortlessly.

Lol, I dont think a random thread here is going to change the base of a site.... Im playing on party no zoom runs above 100 regularly but there are a few reg tables of 2/5 5/10 that run fairly often

well with sites like bovada, fish like the anonymity and regs hate the shitty software. 4 tables max, slow as fuck to load, laggy experience overall, lobby does not refresh often so you can easily miss good tables, no auto-top off, have to wait till next hand to reload, cant bumhunt, no hud (that doesnt last beyond your current open table) etc etc etc. So the fish : reg ratio still seems real high since many regs probably think it's not even worth their time to bother.

ignition has really good 5/10 and 10/20 games, from what I hear

the nl100 and nl200 is quite soft, always 1-3 spots at the table, nl100 usually 2, nl200 1-2

jesus....that's awful

you mind elaborating on the details a bit more? I have a decent amount of money on ACR currently and the thought of my account getting "hacked" is pretty terrifying

Tbh the games there are softer now.. it was soft before but after they change their lobby to "protect rec players", there are more fish there now.

So here's an interesting anecdote I'd like to share; i earlier said that Ignition was good because the regs avoid it like the plague due to such horrible software. Then of course you have that very select minority of regs who reconsider this and drudge through it anyway knowing it is an oasis of fish.

I decided to deposit on Black Chip tonight (because I have rakeback there) and oh my lord what a breath of fresh air it is to be playing on functional software again. While it's no pokerstars in terms of features and stability, it still feels like I've been dragged out of some nightmarish 1st gen software from 1998. It's fast, it's responsive, I can control all the tables at once, I can use hotkeys, I can auto top off, auto rebuy, change seats, take proper notes, see a proper lobby, etc etc etc. I had forgotten just how broken IG is and now I see why so many regs might avoid it knowing what they know about the player pool. I just feel like a better player on BCP. The ability to play more efficiently is good for the soul. It's sorta like trying to do the same job in an office, one who's desk is filthy with soda cans and sticky shit all over the table and another who's desk is tight, organized and easy to access everything you need. Even if the second job was a tad bit harder it's just worth it for the peace of mind.

IG software is truly terrible. I suppose if you play 10/20 or something then making $400/hr is worth it there. But I honestly think if you play 2/4 or below you're probably better off on any other platform in existence just so you can properly play more tables. I'll take the hit to my hourly for a little rakeback and usable software.
